This statement outlines ReProxy’s commitment to identifying, assessing, and mitigating the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains. This statement covers our activities for the financial year from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024.

While we assess the risk as low, we are committed to maintaining stringent controls by:

  • Implementing robust recruitment procedures, including comprehensive immigration checks.
  • Ensuring all employees and temporary workers have the correct right-to-work status and appropriate documentation.
  • Verifying that necessary clearances (e.g., DBS, Basic Disclosures) are obtained through reliable agency partners.
  • Providing targeted training to employees and temporary workers to recognise and prevent modern slavery.
  • Upholding strong policies and procedures across all business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Policy Management: The CEO and HR Director are responsible for overseeing policy development, ensuring timely reviews, consistency, and maintaining a central policy register.
  • Investigations and Due Diligence: ReProxy adopts a transparent recruitment process and complies with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We enforce robust contracts with supply chains to ensure transparency and document, investigate, and report any incidents of modern slavery to the relevant authorities.
  • Whistleblowing: We provide an independent whistleblowing hotline for employees to report suspected cases of modern slavery confidentially.
  • Training: All ReProxy employees undergo modern slavery training at the start of their employment, with regular refresher courses thereafter.
