Gender Pay Gap

To address and close the gender pay gap, ReProxy is implementing the following actions and initiatives:

  1. Regular Pay Audits: We conduct regular pay audits to identify and address any discrepancies in pay between male and female employees performing similar roles. These audits help us ensure that our compensation practices are fair and transparent.

  2. Equal Pay for Equal Work: ReProxy is committed to the principle of equal pay for equal work. We ensure that all employees, regardless of gender, receive equal pay for performing the same or equivalent roles with the same levels of responsibility and experience.

  3. Promotion and Career Development: We actively promote career development opportunities for all employees, with a focus on supporting the progression of women into leadership roles. We provide mentoring, training, and development programmes to help women advance their careers within ReProxy.

  4. Flexible Working Arrangements: Recognising the importance of work-life balance, we offer flexible working arrangements to all employees. This includes remote working, part-time roles, and job-sharing opportunities, which can help support the career advancement of women who may have caregiving responsibilities.

  5. Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. Our diversity and inclusion initiatives include training on unconscious bias, promoting diverse hiring practices, and supporting employee resource groups (ERGs) that focus on gender equality.

  6. Transparency in Reporting: ReProxy is committed to transparency in reporting our gender pay gap. We will continue to publish our gender pay gap data annually, providing insights into our progress and identifying areas where further improvement is needed.

  7. Engagement and Communication: We will engage with our employees regularly to discuss the gender pay gap and our efforts to address it. Open communication and feedback are essential to understanding the challenges and identifying effective solutions.

While we have made progress in reducing the gender pay gap, we recognise that ongoing effort is required. ReProxy remains fully committed to creating a fair and equitable workplace where all employees have the opportunity to succeed, regardless of gender.
